Popular social media personality A’mari is heartbroken that she will not be featured in this year’s staging of Sting. The aspiring singjay’s dismay about not making a comeback for a second time following her controversial clash with fellow social media celebrity Queenie in 2022 was revealed yesterday in a video.

The video that was posted on one of her social media platforms depicted the distressed artiste seemingly using the toilet as she pondered the harsh reality of being used and cast away, according to her words.

A’mari, who was sulking in the video, expressed her thoughts by saying, “Mi cyah believe mi nuh deh pan Sting dis year. Dem just use mi and dash mi weh. Dats why di Bible tell yuh trust no one.”

A subsequent statement from DJ Mona Lisa, who is legally named Veneice Fung Chung, indicated that Sting was irrelevant in 2022, which was why the event organisers needed her talent to shine on the show.

As many may remember, A’mari was one of the headlining acts of Sting 2022. Her battle against Queenie was one of the most anticipated sets on the show, and although it was far from the battle anyone expected, it blew up on the internet.

Nevertheless, her talent apparently is not required for Sting’s 2023 comeback, which led A’mari to conclude her video by stating, “Somebody get f*ck.” The video was shared on Instagram with a note that read, “Artist left out in the cold.”
