Beenie Man is upbeat about having his very own biopic in the future, however, he has a few requirements including having the movie done while he’s alive and also for his sons to play the lead-role in the movie. “Mi wudda love fi mek mi movie when mi alive,” he says in an interview.

According to Beenie Man, he would not go the Bob Marley route and have someone other from his kids star as him in the movie. He pointed out that his son Mosiah who does not have any locks can be the “90s Beenie Man” he next pointed out that his bigger son with locks, Moses can play the role of him at an older age.

Beenie Man born on the 22nd of August in 1972 is currently 51 years old and has been in dancehall for over four decades. Through the years he has labelled himself the girls them sugar and now attributes his 12 kids to his good looks and the money that attracts a lot of females.

The veteran dancehaller shared the names of 11 of his 12 children Dutty Berry in the interview: Deshagaye, Akeem, Raheem, Mosiah, Moses, Ikyra, Anthony, Ashley, Marco Dean, Crystal, and Xiah. He also shared that he has a young daughter who lives in St. Ann, he describes her to be his “quietest” child.

With regards to the One Love: Biopic, Beenie Man reveals that he has not watched the movie, however, might watch the movie in the future. He went on to outline that he’s a movie fan and recalls one of his popular lyrics which was inspired by a movie.
