Biggs Don Talks Career And Goals ‘Bwoii Affi’ (Watch Eh Style)
Biggs Don, the rising sensation who went viral from the trending ‘Bwoii Affi’ freestyle, is now accomplishing his dreams of becoming a recording artist after he proved to be versatile and lyrically Inclined. The young deejay, who started performing at shows, shared that the exposure he has gained from the freestyle has changed his life greatly, now allowing him to be a breadwinner at home.
While he was always confident his talent could transform him into a great artiste, Biggs Don told Winford during an On Stage interview that he believed he needed to master his craft and make connections before he would have the chance to make an impact. However, it has been proven that he only needed the right exposure.
When asked when he discovered he could become a recording artist, the 18-year-old entertainer noted that his third track “Elevation” released on YouTube gave him an eye-opening experience when many persons in his community instantly loved the single.
The irresistible ‘Bwoii Affi’ (Watch Eh Style) freestyle has also been officially recorded and released on Apple Music. The entertainer is also in the process of shooting the official music video, which he shared will include shots in Kingston.
Biggs Don, who hopes to collaborate with every young artiste, expressed his respect for “every artiste inna Jamaica”. He shared that he is inspired by Jamaican artists I Wanye, Aidonia, Govana, Chronic Law and Intence. He also mentioned that NBA Young Boy and Meek Mill are his favourite overseas entertainers.
With the dream of one day taking his music to international levels, he aspires to make his family proud as well as his community. The deejay, who is the oldest of his three siblings, aims to fully tap into his singing abilities to mix emotion with vibe.
“Mi love di fact seh you can create di deh art yah outta yuh head and mek di world love it, dat mi love wid music,” he added.
Biggs Don, who is signed to Outta Space Records, also went on to say that he has received many praises from top persons in the entertainment industry, including Teejay, IWaata, Anju Blaxx and more.
