Bill Cosby’s Legal Team Doesn’t Want Accuser Phone Conversation Played In Court

[Sharingbuttons]According to TMZ, Bill Cosby lawyers doesn’t want his accuser, Andrea Constand phone call to her mother played in court, his legal team’s asking the judge to bar it from his re-trial.
As specified in legal documents, the year 2005 Constand called her mother tell her she was (sexual assaulted) molested and drugged a year before that. Cosby legal team are saying it’s a “hearsay” and they also trying to set boundaries to on how many of these women can testify at Cosby re-trial.
Out of the many women, Constand has existence of being one of these women and has spoken up in the few years for assault that taken place in the 1960s, also in 2004 Constand had her own incident when she was working at Temple University.
The year 2006 Constand case had came up from a Civil suit settlement. In 2015 criminal Charges from assault was filed.
Earlier this year the legal team came across that Constand was paid $3.5 million in the settlement in 2006.
Constand and her mom, Gianna both testified the phone conversation during Cosby’s first trial and it had ended in a mistrial.
The 80 year old comedian re-trial is set to start April 2 and Cosby has plead not guilty.
