Bob Marley: One Love Movie is 2 Months Away from Release - Watch Trailer — Kingsley Ben-Adir and Ziggy Marley

One of the most anticipated Jamaican movies of all time ‘Bob Marley: One Love’ is scheduled to be released on February 14, 2024, which is just a few months away after a long wait by lovers of the Reggae Legend.

Starring in the film are Kingsley Ben-Adir, who plays the legendary musician, and Lashana Lynch as his wife, Rita Marley. Other stars in the movie include James Norton, Nadine Marshall, Umi Mayers, Michael Gandolfini, Anthony Welsh, and Tosin Cole.

The movie will show how Bob Marley inspired generations with his message of love and unity, it will also give people a deep insight into how he overcame adversity and the journey behind his music.

Ziggy Marley Talks Why He Favoured Lead Actor ‘Kingsley Ben-Adir’ for Bob Marley, One Love Movie.

According to David Nesta Marley who is more commonly known as Ziggy Marley, the lead actor in the upcoming Bob Marley biopic Kingsley Ben-Adir stood out during the audition, “he was the one who kept my attention”.

Ahead of the upcoming film, Paramount Pictures shared the official trailer for Bob Marley: One Love with Ziggy Marley who helped to produce the film giving his two-cents about the Kingsley.

“Kingsley do a great job in a artful way, not trying to mimic mi father […] to be true to who Bob was, how he speaks, how he acts, how he sees the world… Kingsley is bringing that human element.”
