Veteran Dancehall artiste Bounty Killer and the young enigma Jahshii has officially released the music video for “When We A Step” and just like the track or even more, the contents of the visuals are pure fire, evidence of a good job of directing done by popular Jamaican music figure, Shane Brown who in collaboration with Stars Records ensured that a properly curated package was presented to the world.
The video was done in such a twist, that it truly deserves commendation as it never had any guns, just a huge amount of sharp-looking machetes, ready to cut through the enemy whenever the “Killa” and the “First Nation” artiste makes a step.
As was revealed by Bounty Killer previously before the video release, a part of the video was shot at an apartment building at Sherlock Crescent in Kingston and just by looking at the footage, it seems like an extra shot was filmed over in Portmore, at a location looking like Hellshire Hills.
Already in just a matter of 11 hours, “WWAS” has accumulated over 35K views which is impressive since music videos at times take a while to pick up with their viewership. The fresh new visuals so far have even secured a number 14 position on the Youtube trending chart, and based on the love that it has been getting much more people will be tuning in for sure.
