An Incident of this nature would be referred to as filicide since it involved a parent killing a child.

Dead, is Ruel Knight and according to persons who were on-site at the time of the shooting, the father was reported to be physically assaulting members of staff to the extent where he was even using a crate on them.

It was on seeing what was going on that the son, who was at the Wholesale at the time intervened to ask his father if he was having a bad day due to his extreme behaviour.

The reports are that at that point, the father who is the owner of Knights Wholesale, went into his office for his gun then return, eventually kicking his son in the chest then shooting him.

The younger Knight, was then rushed to the hospital but could not be saved, and was pronounced dead.

Even though the father of the deceased is currently undergoing questioning by the law officials, he has not yet been charged for the act.
