Chris Brown facing Child Support Issues

[Sharingbuttons] Chris Brown and his daughter’s mother, Nia Guzman are caught up in a legal battle. New court documents are being filed in an effort to get Brown to pay a larger sum for child support for the 4-year-old.

Nia Guzman hired Lisa Bloom a lawyer to help her to get the amount of money she wants; even though Chris already pays $2500 per month and he also pays her mother $4000 to be the daughter’s nanny.

Brown who earned an average of $4, 269,067.00 over the last 2 years, could be told to pay $21,000 or more every month, because of the laws in California where the documents are being filed. Chris might be told that he owes $250,000.00 in child support, even though he is only allowed to see his daughter during supervised visits.

Guzman claims that she is struggling to find $3300 for rent, $3500 for food and $4500 for clothes and entertainment for the 4 year old, as her online clothing store only make $400 per month.

Chris Brown is planning to oppose her requests.
