Construction Work Turns into Bizarre Fight [Video]

This angry shovel wheeling man had everyone in sight dashing for safety. Appearing from no where and started inflicting heavy blows to the head, this young man that was being attacked got at least 2 healthy blows to the head.

The shovel hits the man head so hard that it made a sound each time it struck. The attacker treated the victim’s head like a cricket ball.

“hahah” the video man laughs.

Not sure what could have caused this, Not sure where this took place either.
