On Friday, the judge overseeing the bail hearing of Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs requested that the defence and prosecution submit letters by noon on Monday regarding the type of communications the 55-year-old hip-hop mogul may engage in if he’s released on bail.

The judge stated, “I suggest both parties put in letters Monday by noon… what type of communications Mr. Combs may engage in.”

Diddy’s legal team emphasized on Friday that the music mogul is not a lawless individual and pointed out that Diddy’s children are eager to cooperate and work within any guidelines that may be set by the court.

His mother and children were present in court on Friday, as per a reporter, they did not show much emotion in court. “A lot of people were inside that courtroom in that hearing… we were body to body inside that courtroom,” said a reporter following the court session on Friday.

An attorney speaking on the popular Law&Crime Network channel on YouTube expressed optimism about the potential for Diddy’s release, suggesting that the judge is carefully considering the situation and exploring a way to grant bail while still addressing the government’s concerns.

The lawyer noted that this indicates the court’s intent to allow Diddy out, albeit with careful conditions in place. He stated, “I think this judge is giving real consideration to let him out, and trying to figure out a way to do so where the government’s concerns are alleviated.”

After Friday’s proceedings, many observers believe that Diddy could be granted bail next week, as his case continues to unfold.

Having been in custody for just over two months, Diddy faces over 20 lawsuits, adding complexity to the ongoing legal battle. The case is set to return to court on Monday, November 25, where further developments are expected.
