Dancehall entertainer Ding Dong went online to update his fans on his current COVID-19 status after much speculations since his friend Usain Bolt tested positive about a week ago.
Ding Dong was present at a party in Kingston which featured, Bolt, Raheem Sterling, Leon Bailey, Christopher Martin and a lot more Jamaican celebrities.
So far only Bolt who was present at the party has seen a positive COVID-19 result after Sterling, Martin and now Ding Dong has returned a negative result however it’s unclear what Bailey’s result was as it was not made public by his manager who confirmed that he is currently in self-isolation and won’t travel back to Germany where he plays football until a couple of weeks, at least 14 days.
Ding was happy to share his good news online “Yes my people i did a COVID-19 test and since then i have been in isolation” states Ding Dong who went on to explain that he was contacted by the St. Andrew health department and notified of a native result.
Ding Dong urges everyone to practice the necessary protocals to help control the spread of the virus “stay inside cause you know it safer on the inside but if yuh affi guh outside wear a mask please” he concluded.
