For some time now, there have been rumours revolving around the athlete leaving the MVP camp however, Thompson-Herah dispelled the rumours to American journalists who had heard that she had written a letter to the track club telling them of her intent to stop training with them.

Where those rumours were concerned, the fastest woman in the world said that it was a move to cause mischief and distraction, due to her big achievements this year.

The words of Thompson-Herah have switched now however as she declared that she will be training independently as of now with her team, going into the upcoming track and field season. As such the sprinter stated that she is in the process of ensuring that her team has everything they need.

She also thanked those who reached out to her in consideration of what is taking place, due to them being concerned.

While the talks were building up just a month ago about Thompson-Herah leaving MVP, it was said that she was planning to have her Husband Derron who is a former athlete as her new trainer but the star printer has not revealed in her statement if that information is factual.
