Elaine Thompson-Herah Reflects on Her Historic ‘Double-double’ – See Images

As Elaine Thompson-Herah continues her low-key preparation for the upcoming national trials, the sprint superstar reminisces on her incredible double-double at the 2020 Olympics games. Today (June 23) marks the day Elaine made the historic achievement of being the first woman in history to win the 100m and 200m in successive Olympic games.

Thompson-Herah marks the historic occasion by sharing a couple of images online with her followers. A few of the pictures shared by Elaine captured her immediate reaction after she won the 100m and 200m.

The other image within the slides showed her posing in front of a large Olympic rings monument.

In a fitting caption under the slide of images, Elaine wrote, “I still can’t believe I won the Olympics. That’s what I feel right now completely alive as a human being. It’s a really beautiful moment. Happy Olympic Day “Double Double.”

Some of Elaine’s Fans congratulated the sprinter on her accomplishment by commenting. One fan wrote, “Yes you did and you will still win more by God’s grace Congratulations Champion.”

A lot of speculations have been made about Elaine Thompson-Herah’s health and form since the start of the sprinting season, which has divided track and field fans.
