Elaine Thomson-Herah Makes Fashion Statement Plus Wins Hilarious ‘Lime and Spoon’ Race at NCB Campaign Launch – Watch Videos and See Photos

Elaine Thompson-Herah got glammed up for an elegant evening at the NCB Tap for Gold Launch, but the sprinter wasn’t afraid to kick off her heels and participate in a lime and spoon race while at the event.

The event, centred around NCB’s Tap for Gold Paris Olympics 2024 campaign, kicked off on Tuesday night. Thompson-Herah is a five-time Olympic champion and is currently preparing for the massive sporting event, but with the Olympics still a few months away, she still has some time for some leisurely fun.

On Wednesday, the Olympian shared a look behind the scenes as she got glammed up for the launch with a sleek bob hairdo.

In photos showcasing her final look, Thompson-Herah rocked a ruffled black satin mini dress that was further complimented by her effortless makeup, which featured smokey eyeshadow.

After reaching the event, Thompson-Herah donned a scarf and beret, keeping in line with the launch’s Parisian theme in honour of this year’s host city for the Olympics.

The sprinter later took part in a lime and spoon race against fellow athletes Rasheed Broadbell and Julian Forte, taking off her shoes to show just how serious she was about the race. Despite her lime falling as she neared the finish line, Thompson-Herah completed the race ahead of Broadwell and Forte.
