HERE’s HOW DALTON HARRIS WALKED AWAY AS THE X FACTOR WINNER
X FACTOR 2018 crowned Dalton Harris as its winner after a competitive final to this year’s series.
After performing his winner’s single ‘The Power of Love’ alongside James Arthur, the singer beat out finalists Scarlett Lee (who finished second) and Anthony Russell (who came third) to claim the prize.

Dermot announced that Anthony had placed third in the competition.
The show host then said.
“And then there were two”.
From thousands and thousands who auditioned the intensity of the six chair challenge He’s been such a pleasure to work with and a true professional, so I’m so proud of him,” said his mentor Louis Tomlinson.
“The drama of judges’ houses, the pressure of the live shows all comes down to this.
“Dalton or Scarlett. One of them is about to be crowned The X Factor winner. Out 15th champion. Good luck to both of you.
He then went on to say: “I can now reveal the winner of The X Factor 2018 is…”
After a long pause, Dermot confirmed: “Dalton!”
As Dalton tried to comprehend the good news, he keeled over and said: “Oh!”
“I really think what you two have done together is incredible, you have my absolute respect,” added Simon Cowell.
But, what did viewers think?
Well, they think the best person won and pretty much everyone is happy about Dalton’s success.
