JDF Soldier Killed In Clarendon Drug Operation

The JDF is currently mourning the loss of one of their soldiers that got gunned down in a drug operation done in the Milk river Community, Clarendon.

Reports are that while the raid was in effect, at 7 pm on Thursday, the soldiers came under heavy gunfire from criminals.

Unfortunately, that was when the soldier got shot in the head. He was first brought to the Maypen hospital then Transferred to University Hospital of the Westindies located in Kingston and died on Friday morning while undergoing surgery .

The identity of the lawful servant is, 21 year old private R. King . Sources have said that investigations are still taking place.

There were no reported arrests, however, some quantities of marijuana were seized.
