Joint Police/Military Operation Leads To Seizure Of Several Luxury Cars
According to reports from the police, during a joint operation between the Jamaica Constabulary Force (JCF) and the Jamaica Defense Force (JDF), a variety of high-end luxury vehicles inclusive of a BMW 7- series and a BMW 4-Series, were seized at the Drax Hall Country Club and the Vista Delmar In st.Ann.
Additional information and details in regards to what led to the search of the two premises were not given but the JCF went on to say that this is an ongoing investigation.
Since the beginning of the year, several similar seizures of vehicles have been made across the island, more times than not associated with the consistently on the rise lottery scamming ring that has plagued the country and tarnished its international reputation.
In a joint operation between the police and the military that took place only two days ago, three BMW motor cars, a Toyota Crown and one Mark X were seized during a lottery scamming bust.
The Lottery Scam Task Force-led operation began at 5 am at Great Pond Estate in St.Ann, it included the search of multiple homes in the community and concluded with the arrest of several individuals including a 17-year-old minor whose identity was withheld.
