Juice WRLD Laid To Rest at Private Funeral

Closest Friends and the family of Rapper Juice WRLD gathered to pay their last respects on Friday.

Sources revealed that a private funeral was held for the rapper at the Holy Temple Cathedral Church of God in Christ in Harvey, Illinois. Executives from Interscope the Record label that belonged to Juice WRLD, Carmella Wallace, who is his mother, the Ski Mask the Slump God were there as well.

She was grateful for the support she got and hoped that her son’s death would have an impact on those who suffer from addiction at this time. These are the special words she wrote and shared for her son at the funeral:

My dear son Jarad, God trusted me to raise you and I poured all I had into you as the Lord guided me. We were inseparable and even though you left home early, we were always in each other’s hearts and always had a special bond … Your love was pure and innocent, and you heart was genuine. You truly cared about people and wanted to make the world a better place. I am going to miss you dearly. Rest in peace my dear one; mommy loves you.

Juice WRLD died after he had a seizure at the Midway Airport in Chicago, he was only 21-year-old. He suffered cardiac arrest while he was among his friends who travelled with him.

Their luggage was being searched for drugs and weapons by the police, it was reported that the rapper had swallowed Percocet pills to avoid being caught with them during the search.

70lbs of Marijuana was still found in the luggage, but none of his friends has claimed to be the owner, and there were no identification tags on the luggage so no one can be charged.
