Leoda Bradshaw Charged for the Alleged Kidnapping and Murder of Phillip Paulwell’s Daughter and Her Mother – Watch Video

Following her arrest last week, American Navy petty officer Leoda Bradshaw has been charged with the kidnapping and murder of Phillip Paulwell’s daughter and her mother.
Paulwell’s daughter Sarayah and her mother, Toshyna Patterson, went missing on September 9 from their Kingston 20 residence. According to Deputy Commissioner of Police Fitz Bailey, evidence collected during their investigation overwhelmingly proves that the 10-month-old infant and Patterson were brutally murdered, their remains burned and then disposed of.
Bradshaw was arrested on October 5, along with two male suspects. The 34-year-old shares a child with Paulwell and is the Member of Parliament’s long-time partner.
Bradshaw has been charged with two counts of conspiracy to murder, two counts of conspiracy to kidnapping, two counts of kidnapping, and two counts of murder. A total of three male suspects have been arrested in the investigation, all residents of Kingston.
Richard Brown, a 31-year-old graphic designer from Kingston 16, has been charged with two counts of conspiracy to murder, two counts of conspiracy to kidnapping, and two counts of kidnapping. His co-accuseds, Roland Balfour, a 30-year-old assistant graphic designer from Kingston 2, and Rushane Miller, a 29-year-old AC technician from Kingston 16, have both been charged with two counts of conspiracy to murder, two counts of conspiracy to kidnapping, and misprision of felony.
Bailey disclosed during his update of the investigation that the Director of Public Prosecutions (DPP), Paula Llewellyn, has obtained a voluntary bill indictment, and the case will be taken directly to the Supreme Court.
