Leon Bailey off the Bench to Score Crucial Goal in Aston Villa’s Win vs Arsenal

Reggae Boy, Leon Bailey who did not start in Aston Villa’s Sunday Premier League match against Arsenal came off the bench in the 60th minute to score the first goal of the match in the 84th minute, sending Aston Villa a goal up with just minutes before the end of the match.
Bailey’s teammate, Ollie Watkins followed up moments later to seal the game for Aston Villa, scoring in the 87th minute. Despite Arsenal’s domination for large portions of the match, they were unable to find the back of the net.
This loss for Arsenal is a blow to their title hopes, leaving them second on the table with 71 points while previous champions, Manchester City stays at the top of the table with 73 points. See some of the match stats below:
On the other hand, Liverpool sits in 3rd position with 71 points but with an inferior goal difference than Arsenal. Leon Bailey’s Aston Villa sits at 4th spot with 63 points with hopes of making it to the Champions League increased, after the win over Arsenal.
