Leon Bailey Opens The Scoring in Aston Villa’s 3-1 Win over Manchester United – Watch Video

Reggae Boy Leon Bailey was impressive in Aston Villa vs Manchester United Premier League encounter on Sunday at Villa Park with the Jamaican opening up the scoring in the 7th minute. Shortly after the opening goal, Lucas Digne scored Villa’s second via a wonderfully taken freekick in the 11th minute.

Manchester United had hopes of getting back in the match after scoring via an own goal in the 45ft minute, right before half time. However, Villa secured the win in the 49th minute via Jacob Ramsey.

This now means that Leon Bailey has scored four goals since the start of the season, making him the joint-leading goal scorer at Aston Villa this season with Danny Ings who also has four goals to his name. Many are hoping that Bailey will kick on to hit double figures in goals come the end of the season in 2023.
