Man Chased Breathelessly by Jewelry Store Owner After He Took Off With Gold Chain – Watch Video

Jeweler Joe Furnari is left a satisfied man after managing to stop an attempted theft of one of his chains said to worth $16,000.

According to Furnari, at first, the suspect was very friendly and nice and wanted to see bigger and bigger chains. After seeing one he liked, he took off running.

The store owner recounts chasing the man through the mall and at one point shouting, “i’m gonna ketch you.”

The suspect threw the chain on the ground after noticing that Furnari was catching up on him, he managed to escape, however, the chain was recovered and no one was hurt.

Furnari is now encouraging people to fight back, “it’s ok to fight back if someone is doing you wrong don’t be a victim,” he states.
