WATCH: Man Jumps Off Roof of Building: His Parachute Fails, He Slams in The Ground Below

A man jumped from the rooftop of a high building with the intention of gliding down to the ground, but his parachute did not open.

The incident was captured on camera, and the beginning of the footage shows him getting ready to leap from the edge of the roof.

He conversed briefly with the cameramen while adjusting his gear and performing checks on his headgear as he seemingly was recording the event via GoPro on his headgear. As the footage progressed, his associate wished him “good luck,” and the countdown began for his jump.

After bidding the cameraman farewell, he leapt off the roof and later slammed into the ground.

Immediately upon hitting the pavement, a sharp feminine scream was heard from below, and his associate blurted an expletive in shock.

After the video was shared online, it mostly received mocking responses, with one person saying, “He bought that parachute off wish . Com lmao,” and another writing, “This guy’s using a grocery store bag as a parachute.”
