Man on the Run After Killing a 23yo Woman

Both 23-year-old Latoya Campbell and an unidentified man were involved in a confrontation on Thursday in a community at Ferry, it is on the border of St. Catherine and St. Andrew.

The man is now on the run after he killed the woman. It was reported that persons who were close by stepped in and at approximately 5:00 p.m. and the argument ended when the man walked away.

He returned later with an illegal firearm and opened gunfire, shooting Campbell many times before he made an escape.

The police went to the scene when they were called and took the woman to the hospital where she was pronounced dead.

The police also launched a manhunt as they are trying to find the suspect.
