Popular selector MC Nuffy has denied being slapped in the face by Vybz Kartel, which was an allegation made by Ghandi recently. Mc Nuffy had many things to clarify in an interview that premiered on Sunday, in which he labelled Ghandi a liar, touched on his differences with Spice, and bashed the hosts of this year’s Reggae Sumfest for not doing a proper MC job.

On the topic of Reggae Sumfest, one of the greatest music festivals in Jamaica, MC Nuffy believed that the event could have been better if the hosts were different.

“It’s a thing weh you have to put the energy in. When you done select, you suppose to change up your mood as an MC, and dem not doing that,” he explained during the episode of Dancehall Hot Seat.

MC Nuffy expressed that he was disappointed in Floyd for how he hosted the show while noting that he was behind Floyd’s success in the entertainment industry.

Apart from Floyd, MC Nuffy also mentioned Spice as someone he had opened doors for in the industry. However, their relationship eventually turned sour due to various reasons, with Lisa Hyper being one of them. Despite their past differences, he stated that he loves the Dancehall Queen.

Another person MC Nuffy is apparently not on good terms with is Ghandi. According to MC Nuffy, Ghandi lied about Vybz Kartel slapping him. “When him di deh a tell you now seh Vybz Kartel box mi, him is a liad…Mi and Kartel neva inna nuh altercation,” he stated.
