Mother and 3 Children Missing; JCF Issues High Alert

A 30-year-old mother of Keith District, St. Ann, and her three children have been missing since Thursday, June 29, 2023. As a result, a high alert has been issued for the family by the Jamaica Constabulary Force (JCF).

According to reports from the Duhaney Park Police, the missing mother, Gena Richards, was last heard from via a phone call at around nine in the morning of June 29, but could not be contacted since.

Richards and her children, three girls, were heading to a family member’s home in Kingston for a visitation.

Richards is of medium build, around 5 feet four inches in height, has a dark complexion, and sporting a braided hairstyle. Her children (all of a dark complexion) are 6-year-old Cherish Taylor, slim build and around four feet tall (natural hair), Jameica Gordon, slim build and five feet three inches tall (processed hair), and 1-year-old Garcia Thompson (natural hair).

Anyone with information concerning Richards and her family’s location is being asked to contact the nearest police station, dial 119, or reach out to the Duhaney Park Police at 876-933-4280.
