Mr. Vegas 20yrs in the business from “Heads High” to now “Wakanda jam”

[Sharingbuttons]The veteran entertainer who rose to prominence 20 years ago with the unforgettable dancehall hit titled “Heads High” is moving full speed with his career with the release of his new video “Wakanda jam”. The official video which was premiered on Vevo and has been viewed over 300,000 times since it’s release a week ago. Viewers of the “Wakanda Jam” video have been commenting positively and saluting Mr. Vegas for bringing back the good old dancehall vibes.

The playful and vibrant video highlights not only our deep African culture, but the fun that was once depicted in dancehall, men, and women dancing together and having a great time.

Wakanda Jam produced by Kirkledove Records and distributed by Zojack World Wide is available on iTunes and all musical outlets. Wakanda Jam is being hailed as the real deal by many music industry giants to the delight of Mr. Vegas who said “This is great news; it shows that all the hard work is still paying off. I am just going to continue to work hard and do great music. The song is doing extremely well, which has made me happy because a lot of work was invested into it,”

Not to be outdone, “Follah da leadah” which was produced by MV Music is also getting an international buzz which has led Mr. Vegas on a month-long US and Canadian “Follah Da leadah” tour which commenced on April 14th. The entertainer has merged his Follah Da leadah tour with his “Dancehall against Gun Violence” college tour and has so far visted 4 colleges in the US and Canada, on one of his stops to W.A Porter College in Canada the “I am Blessed” singer delivered a motivational speech to students, topped with a live performance, in a video clip that is being circulated on social media, Mr. Vegas can be seen encouraging students to stay out of trouble and try to be an influence in society.

“Follah da leadah” was recently added to BET Soul chart and is currently being played on 16 mainstream radio stations in the United State. Dancers and fans from all over the world have been seen uploading videos of themselves doing the “Follah Da Leadah” dance.

Mr. Vegas Plans to launch the Wakanda Jam dance competition in a couple of weeks, inviting dancers to demonstrate their moves for a US$500 prize.
