Munga Murder Case Trial Date is Set

[Sharingbuttons]Last week Thursday Munga Honorable went back to court because of his murder case. He had a hearing in the Kingston and St. Andrew Parish Court his murder case is still going on.

However, his attorney Christopher Townsend said “the hearing was not for his client, it was for his co-accused, as he was seeking a bail application.” Munga whose real name is Damian Rhoden, is being tried for the murder of Cleveland Smith. The murder took place on February 12, 2017, when Smith was shot when he had an altercation with some men. He was rushed to the Kingston Public hospital where he died.

Cleveland Smith had attacked Munga and chopped him before and that causes the police to believe revenge caused the murder to take place and Munga is guilty. However, Munga says he had nothing to do with it.

He is now out on bond for $5000000.00, his trial date is set for May 29. We can only hope he won’t be behind bars at the end of the trial, like Ninja-man and Vybz-Kartel, too many talented entertainers are being locked up now.
