Nelly Arrested for Drug Possession

American rapper Cornell Iral Haynes Jr. who is more commonly known as Nelly was arrested early Wednesday morning. As per the police report, the St. Louis, Missouri artiste was accosted by troopers stationed at the Hollywood Casino in St. Charles.
After issuing his ID, he was arrested because of an ‘active warrant for no insurance’, following the arrest he was searched. The search resulted in the discovery of ‘4 Ecstasy pills’ in his possession, per police.

Nelly who is currently 49 years old was booked for felony drug possession and on a warrant for no vehicle insurance.
After being booked by the Maryland Heights Police Department, he was later released. A Mugshot of the ‘Hot In Herre‘ rapper is currently making rounds online.
