Lindsay went missing earlier this month on Saturday, June 4, from the Brooks Level, Stony Hill house that both men shared in St.Andrew.
A search Quickly started for the elderly man, but it ended horrifically two days later when his remains were discovered in bushes in Cavaliers, St. Andrew. Waldo was the police’s main suspect in the murder and their investigations led them to his and Lindsay’s house in Stony Hill, where bloodstains were discovered and two suitcases missing.
Lorna Lindsay, Derrick Lindsay’s daughter, later shared details of the grisly murder with the press. According to Ms Lindsay, her father was killed at his home in Brooks Level, Stony Hill, his body dismembered and stuffed in two suitcases then transported by taxi and dumped in the bushy woodlands of Cavelier around five miles away from the house.
