Dancehall artiste Vybz Kartel is stirring up social media with new photos that feature his son, Likkle Vybz, and grandson following a visit from the two at the correctional facility where he is being held.
As soon as the photos surfaced on December 16, they started spreading like wildfire online, showing the incarcerated deejay sharing a special moment with his son and bonding with the third generation of his legacy.
In one of the photos, Adidja ‘Vybz Kartel’ Palmer held his grandson and flashed the camera a smile. The deejay was wearing sunglasses, accessorising his white shirt, and wearing ripped jeans.
As much as the photos brought joy to fans who are grateful to see their icon, they also raised concern as the smiling deejay was seen with a very swollen face. This is undoubtedly a result of his battle with Graves’ Disease, which is an illness he has been suffering from for over seven years.
Previous reports on the entertainer’s health detailed that his condition had worsened when he was placed in isolation after contraband was found in his cell.
