New Voicenote Details Alleged 2nd Attempt on Popcaan’s Life – Listen to Audio
Following the collaboration between Popcaan And Vybz Kartel for over a decade on the song Dull Colour, allegations are now circulating that a second attempt was made on Popcaan’s life, allegedly orchestrated by Vybz Kartel.
According to a star witness in the highly publicized Klansmann trial, C4, via voice notes, Popcaan was set to get ambushed after a visit to the community of Dela Vega on one of his four-wheel bikes.

C4 also explained the reason behind the planned attack on Popcaan’s life, “The second attempt at Popcaan was that them a seh him boss,(Kartel) mek a call seh him hear seh Popcaan send one T-60 go a Dela, the same T-60 you hear Crooks dem a talk bout a Popcaan dem seh buy da T-60 ge Bobo Sparks, so Kartel seh him get a link from Dela seh Popcaan carry in waa T-60 over deh so Blackman fi get rid of him.”
The witness went on to say the plan was to wipe out Popcaan and his whole entourage after they leave the event in Dela, but their scheme did not materialize because of a change in route by Popcaan and his crew.
“The man seh yow, same way like how dem wul off the bridge fi the man deh inna di burgundy car deh a same way them wul off the bridge fi Popcaan, so any time Popcaan reach pon the bridge the man dem a just wet up everybody weh deh there wid him, him and everybody dem a kill off when him touch the bridge,” C4 outlined.
The voice notes were made public by Politicks Watch’s YouTube channel.

C4 continued by outlining how the Unruly artiste avoided the treat. “A don’t think Popcaan come pon e bridge, Popcaan must e go Portmore way da night deh a that save Popcaan that night deh,” C4 revealed.
A post to Instagram was made by Popcaan some time ago outlining that he did not trust Kartel. However, it’s unclear if was before the alleged incident or after. He also commented on the post stating, “And them caa tap mi fr talk a fimme mouth.”
