NWC President Says Brace for Rough Summer

Mark Barnett the President of the National Water Commission is warning that Jamaicans should brace for a rough summer due to reduced water supply because of the absence of expected rainfall this month.
The President reported that there’s now a decline in the storage levels at the major reservoirs on the island.

Mr. Barnett is again appealing to customers to conserve. At the eastern end of the island the problem is even worst.
NWC is calling on all their customers to be mindful of the situation.
