Rapper Polo G has been making it big since his debut, but today the rapper surprised his fans and decked out in the world’s first neckwear with a screen. In a Twitter post by No Jumper, the rapper dubbed the shimmering piece the “iPhone Chain.” The chain is an iced-out 3D model of a bulldog holding onto the frame that encloses the iPhone.
The rapper had the chain designed by IceBox, a jewellery company. The chain is over a kilo in weight and has over 90 carats of VS-quality diamonds. It has a red trim around the paws of the bulldog and the B’s. The chain was also fitted with a small cutout so the device embedded in it could be charged.
The rapper, whose given name is Taurus Tremani Bartlett, was born on January 6, 1999, in Chicago, Illinois. According to nationaltoday.com, Polo G has been rapping since he was in his teens, but his career only took a massive turn when he created a SoundCloud account. Although it was quite competitive because many upcoming rappers were using the platform to get their music out, Polo G overcame all odds and stood out from the crowd.
His career was propelled when he released his song “Finer Things” in 2018, a song he had written while serving time in prison, but it was nothing compared to his 2019 track “Pop Out” featuring Lil Tjay, which reached number 11 on the Billboard Hot 100 charts.

The song got so big that Polo G managed to get a record deal with Columbia Records, under which he made his first studio album, Die a Legend. In September 2020, the young rapper announced the opening of his very own record label, Only Dreamers Achieve (ODA).
