Popcaan Trolls Denyque with Carved Melon in Diss Song ‘NYQUI’ Music Video
Share
Following his viral video previewing him creating a diss song aimed at dancehall artiste Denyque, Popcann has officially released the song alongside a music video. Popcann seemed to have used a piece of Denyque’s name to come up with a witty song title, NYQUI.
Despite Popcaan not directly mentioning the female artiste’s name in his lyrics, dancehall fans will assume it is a subliminal diss directed at Denyque following her watermelon comments towards Popcaan.
A few lyrics from the freaky song are as follows, “Bad bitch name Nyqui, eat me cocky like a melon, big dutty tinking freak ah yuh head yuh fi a go pon skin out yuh hole mek mi f**k it out unruly me nuh stubborn, Ah gyal yuh love talk up yuh dutty mouth suh me choke yuh wid a ribbon.”
The Unruly singer also featured the now controversial watermelon fruit within the music video, with his picture drawn onto the fruit. Females in the video are depicted competing to get a piece of the melon before devouring it and having the juice from the fruit dripping from their faces.
As expected, the music video mainly surrounds female dancers dancing sexually to the entertainer’s lyrics. The video also has a mix of Afro themes incorporated in the visuals for the song.
