According to reports 29-year-old Jacob Blake was breaking up a dispute between two females when the cops were called After reaching on the scene Blake became a suspect, Police can be seen trailing Jacob to his car parked on the street.
Jacob opens the SUV door and seemingly was getting in when a cop held his shirt and 7 gunshots were heard after, Kids were in the car when the incident took place in Wisconsin, USA. Jacob is reported to be in a hospital in serious condition.
A police report states that Jacob had a knife and the video does not gives full details of what transpired.
