Raheem Sterling SCORES England’s Winning Goal vs Croatia – Video

Jamaican born England national football player Raheem Sterling Scored for England earlier today in their first 2020  European Championships match which was played against Croatia at the Wembley stadium in the UK. The opening goal and only goal of the match came after Kalvin Phillips made an eye-catching run through midfield, then passed the ball to Sterling who ran onto it and placed it beyond the keeper into the back of the net in the 57th minute.

Notably, sterling did not have a good season with Manchester City hence there were question marks about his inclusion in the starting eleven, however the number ten was the most experienced player on the pitch, something he proved after putting on a performance worthy of a man of the match award.
