Reggae Boy Di’Shon Bernard Leaves Manchester United; Signs for New Club

Regarded as a future important player for Jamaica, Di’Shon Bernard who was previously a Manchester United player is now on to new pastures after signing for another English football club.

On Tuesday morning, Manchester United put out a statement about the play’s exit after Bernard made the announcement a day earlier. The statement says, “Di’Shon Bernard has signed for Sheffield Wednesday, following the expiration of his contract at Manchester United.”

It continues, “The centre-back has shown his quality in loan spells away from the club, at Salford City, Hull City and, last term, Portsmouth, and attracted interest from several clubs.5 hours ago.”

Bernard took to social media on Monday to make the announcement. He stated, “To new beginnings… @swfcofficial 🦉💙” as the caption for his post.
