Rygin King’s ‘Recovery’ Album to be Released on June 14

Monday morning, dancehall artiste Rygin King whose real name is Matthew Smith announced that he is set to release his next musical project on June 14, 2024. Rygin King previously released ‘Therapy‘ album 09/09/2022. In ‘Therapy’, the 29-year-old sang about being shot, plotting for revenge, protecting himself at all costs and giving thanks for life.
Rygin King’s journey from the depths of despair to the pinnacle of success is a narrative that resonates with many, making his upcoming album one of the most anticipated releases in Dancehall of 2024. ‘Recovery‘ is expected to take on a similar path in terms of topics as ‘Therapy‘ with the artiste opening up more about being shot, his road to recovery and coping with being disabled.
The album is expected to feature artistes such as Kabaka Pyramid, Chronic Law and more, notably Damian Marley is also associated with the project. Back in March, the ‘Trap King’ announced that there would be 14 songs on the project, he also detailed that he will be releasing a documentary in the future.
