Scenes from Elsa Flooding in Jamaica – Video

As predicted, mainly eastern sections of Jamaica were severely impacted by the heavy rainfall from tropical storm Elsa which is currently moving slowly on a path to Cuba and beyond in a northwestern direction. Sections of Kingston, St Andrew, St. Catherine and St. Thomas are being shown flooded in many videos clips.

“Watch deh.. watch all di man pan di car top a ball fi help” Says one driver while filming.

“Watch yah, the wata a wash weh the Probox” Says one female who was in shock while witnessing the flooding in her area.
