Shamar Nicholson Signs For Russian Club FC Spartak Moscow
Reggae Boy Shamar Nicholson is about to start a new chapter in his career after signing for Russian football club FC Spartak Moscow. The news was made public on Tuesday via a post by the Jamaica Football Federation on Instagram.
The page wrote, “@shamar_nicholson has completed a deal to join Russian club FC Spartak Moscow.” While the deal has not yet been made public by Nicholson, he is expected to do so soon.
FC Spartak Moscow is currently 9th position in the Russian Premier League with 23 points from 18 games so far this season. They have won 6 matches, drew 5 and lost 7.
The 24-year-old forward player has been capped 29 times for Jamaica and scored a total of 10 goals as a Reggae Boy.
