Shelly-Ann Fraser-Pryce Gets Featured in Essence Magazine – See Photos
‘Pocket Rocket’ track star Shelly-Ann Fraser-Pryce has landed onto the pages of Essence magazine in their January/February 2024 issue. The three-time Olympic champion was honoured in the popular magazine as a part of their issue that pays homage to “Black Women in Sports.”
Her feature in the American-based magazine also included an interview that delved into the professional and private life of the ten-time world champion.
Following her feature, the sprinter took to social media on Thursday to share the marvellous news with her supporters and dropped a series of photos from the shoot she did.
In the photo slide that was posted on her Instagram page, Shelly-Ann modelled multiple looks that flawlessly showed off her beauty and athletic physique.
The photos included two close-up shots of her face and a picture of her modelling a white spaghetti bodysuit with a puffer jacket and a small belt.
There was also a picture of her posing in an orange jumpsuit and another of her in a short black dress.
The post, which garnered lots of likes, was accompanied by a note that said, “I had the pleasure of being featured in the Jan/Feb 24’ @essence issue that celebrates Black Women in Sports. Thank you @missjabali for the thoughtful interview where we discussed life both on and off the track. On stands now 🚀.”
