Shenseea Turning Heads With “LICK” Preview – Video
Dancehall princess Shenseea is currently the talk of the town after announcing her upcoming collaboration with U.S. female rapper Megan Thee Stallion.
Previously it was seen where Shenseea and Stallion linked up at an event with the two taking pictures and exchanging contacts which seems to have led up to the creation of the new track.
Today she became the number one trending topic on Twitter in Jamaica after releasing a sneak peek of the song and the raunchy visual that’s behind it.
She took to IG and wrote, “Finna teach y’all how to LICK 👅” as a caption for the much-anticipated song.
For some Jamaicans, the lyrics and visuals are a ‘no-no’ while others see it as a form of women empowerment and freedom of speech.
The last time a Jamaican female did a song of the sort was Ishawna’s “Pepsi” track which received much criticism, however, it grew in popularity amidst the controversy and “Lick” is expected to do no less.
