Skillibeng Inks Deal With Leading Uk Publishing Company Sony ATV Music

The Eastsyde King, Skllibeng is the most recent artiste to be signed to the huge publishing company, Sony/ATV Music and he is very elated about it.

The well-known Publishing company has had their eyes on the young prodigy for some time as they previously hailed the young entertainer, as “The fastest rising Dancehall artiste”.

Sony/ATV Music has also stated that the unique sound and flow of Skillibeng, has placed him as one of the leaders of the new generation of Dancehall artistes.

The “Eastsyde Gyallis”, is just next in line to be signed by the massive publishing company since they signed ” Pine and Ginger” artiste, Tesselated.

In celebrating the addition of the “Mr Universe”, they posted on Instagram “NEW SIGNING ALERT. We are so excited to welcome the incredible Skillibeng to the Sony ATV family! Can’t wait to see what’s next and start working with you!”

When asked about the deal, the St.Thomas native, expressed his gratitude, since Sony ATV Music is one of the World’s best-known publishing company.

In 1995, the company was formed due to a merger that took place between Sony and ATV Music, after it was purchased by pop icon, Michael Jackson.

The company has rights to many of the industry’s big names music, including Kanye West, Lady Gaga, The Beatles, Michael Jackson and many others.

Skillibeng who is famous for songs such as “Crocodile Teeth” and “Brik pon Brik”, is now looking to release his mixtape entitled, “Prodigy 2” on December 23rd.
