
The Queen of Dancehall, Spice, seems to be making a leap to create a legacy in the Dancehall genre by creating an all-female riddim production.
The announcement was made on Tuesday, May 2 and any female artiste who wishes to be a part of the production and is willing to join is asked to make contact with Spice via her work email address which was stated on the poster that was uploaded to social media.
In her signature shades of blue, the poster was posted to social media with the caption, “I’m producing a all female Any Female Artist who wants to be part of this can email Spiceofficialqueenofdancehall@gmail.com……..” She also stated that fans can recommend anyone they want to join the venture by tagging them in the comment section.

Responding to the post in the comments, veteran female artiste Tanya Stephens joked, “So wait… @spiceofficial weh u nuh send it to mi whatsapp? Do it widdout me n me a war yuh! ,” to which the Tape Measure deejay replied, “Wouldn’t make sense it release
.”
Referring to Dancehall culture as a whole, someone pointed out, “This is the heart dancehall needed from inception,” and another individual stated, “This going to be mega, respect it…. good vibes .”
Some of the recommendations made were of some well-known singers like Jada Kingdom, Shenseea, Pamputtae, and Shaneil Muir, along with other lesser-known female artistes like Ceeka and Kandii Gold.
