During a trip to the Bahamas with her co-stars, Spice got into a heated verbal exchange with Bambi after labelling her and Sierra Gates fake while discussing Erica Mena. The episode, which was aired in September, ignited backlash aimed at the artiste, with some viewers calling for her to be fired like Mena, who had called her a “Monkey.”

Following Bambi’s apology to her, Spice expressed regret for calling her a giraffe during a sit-down on the season finale of the popular American reality TV show. Spice told Bambi that she should have also apologised for the things she said during their conversation earlier when she issued her apology.

The Go Down Deh artiste explained that she was angry at the time of their previous confrontation, which caused her explosive behaviour. Spice shared that she was working on herself and noted in a cutaway shot that, after reflecting on what happened, she felt she had overreacted.

Spice admitted that she had become too triggered by hurt and was going about things the wrong way, but was ready to change. The artiste shared that at the time of her confrontation with Bambi and Sierra, she was harbouring negative preconceptions about what they would say about Mena.

Bambi accepted Spice’s apology and went on to note in a cutaway shot that she appreciated it. However, she added that she would be keeping Spice at a safe distance, as her insult was uncalled for.
