Spice Donates Personal Essentials and School Supplies in Ghana
Spice via her Grace Hamilton Women Empowerment Foundation partnered with MYO Global Foundation to donate school supplies and personal essentials to students of multiple schools in Accra, Ghana.
“I just want to remind people who look like me that it is possible to have big dreams and think big, coming here to Ghana i had to give back to the children,” Spice detailed during an interview at one of the schools that she was assisting, “Every year i find somewhere and i give back to kids,” she detailed.
Spice has been in Ghana for over two weeks, during the time she has met up with local Dancehall artiste Stoney Boy with whom she has a new musical collaboration. The Jamaican has also been trying out Ghanaian food and taking part in cultural activities as shown in some of her videos uploaded to Instagram.
In her latest post, made on Tuesday, she wrote, “Besties if you see this and want to Join my foundation @gracehamilton_wef in our next movement please reach out and let’s do our part in giving back. Ghana 🇬🇭 you have a place in my heart. Jamaica 🇯🇲 I’ll see you “Again” Very soon.”
In another post, she also wrote, “Ghana 🇬🇭 Got a taste of Spice but I had to introduce them to Grace Hamilton as well, I asked MYO Global , what was the kids mostly in need of and she said some of them are without Shoes and the proper Uniforms , So I gave ever child a Uniform and bought shoes white board , few necessities and Made a Donation courtesy of my Foundation @gracehamilton_wef ,this meant so much to me. @y1079fm Thank you 💙💙💙.”
The donation included, School uniforms for students in need, New school shoes, Educational materials including whiteboards, Essential hygiene supplies, Nutritional snacks for students.
Additionally, a cash donation was made to support the schools.
The deed was done last Friday on November 22, 2024.
