Grammy-nominated artiste Spice has increased her booking rate and will not be making an appearance at the acclaimed Reggae Sumfest scheduled for July 18-23, until the event executive producer, Josef Bogdanovich put some more “money pan har name”.

In an Instagram Live recently, the “So Mi Like It” artiste made her demands known and reminded Bogdanovich that inflation is on the rise since he last booked her for the event in 2020. But, due to a surge in the Covid-19 pandemic, the event was postponed.

“All gas high high. Between me and you, the money double, remember that was 2 years ago, that was then and this is now,” Spice explained.

Spice expressed that Bogdanovich knows her worth and fans are anticipating her energy-packed performance. She also shared that he tried to negotiate a deal with her, but in the end, folded and proclaimed that the event would not be a success without her.

Dubbed “the greatest show on earth”, the event will feature live performances from artistes such as Dexta Daps, Jada Kingdom, Shaneil Muir, Sizzla Kalonji, Skeng, Intence, Aidonia, Govana, Yaksta, Nation Boss, Shenseea and Jahshii.

No confirmation has been made to-date if Spice will be making an appearance at Reggae Sumfest 2022.
