Spice Wins 4 Awards Before The Grammys

The Dancehall Queen Spice wins four awards for her hard work and unmatched talent ahead of the Grammys which shall be announced later today (Sunday).

Grace ‘Spice’ Hamilton has been racking up awards for her successful career as a dancehall female artiste, and fans worldwide are expecting that the singer will be winning her fifth award at the 64th Annual Grammy Awards.

Recently, Hamilton revealed the 4 awards she received and expressed gratitude to her fans (the Besties) for their undying support. In three Instagram posts on Saturday, Spice revealed that during her break from the internet she was awarded three awards from the Irie FM Music Awards 2022.

From the local radio program that awards the best and most popular elements of Jamaica’s music and culture during the past year, Spice was awarded the “Female DJ Of The Year“, the “Listening choice Awards” and also the “Best Collaboration Of The Year” award for her track ‘Go Down Deh’ featuring Shaggy and Sean Paul.

Additionally, her fourth award was presented to her in Las Vegas by Black Women In Media hours before she will be attending the Grammys to hopefully receive another great win.

On Saturday, Black Women In Media presented Spice with the “Black Women In Music” Award, and Spice gave a brief acceptance speech that spoke on her journey of having to fight for 20 years and noted that she is “honoured” and “humbled”.
