State of Public Emergency in St. James ends January 31

[Sharingbuttons]According to Assistant Commissioner of Police Ealan Powell 14 men are in Police custody as a result of the on going State of Public Emergency in St. James, if not charged all 14 maybe be released by the end of this month.

The States of Emergency in St. Catherine North and the Corporate Area was pulled about a week ago.
